Kidsfest Try Self Defence

Self defense training, $15 is for 1 +16 years old (parent/caregiver/older sibling etc) and 1 child  to train together (both must participate).

This is a physically demanding class

No jewellery, long hair tied back off the neck, long sleeve loose fit clothes, bring a water bottle and towel
