Kidsfest Try Self Defence

Self defense training, the cost is for 2 people ie: a +16 years old parent/caregiver/older sibling and 1 12+ yr old youth to train together or 2 teenagers (both must participate)

This is a physically demanding class

No jewellery, long hair tied back off the neck, long sleeve loose fit clothes, bring a water bottle and towel
